Non-profit organizations often seek quality, convenient, and handicap accessible meeting space at an affordable price. We offer complimentary use of our meeting spaces to 501(c)(3) organizations eligible for grant support from FCP. Rooms are available Monday through Sunday, subject to prior scheduling by other organizations or internal use. After submitting a booking request, FCP will send nonprofit a facility use agreement if desired date and time is available.
Please note that these spaces are for meetings that charge no admission fee, serve no alcohol, do not use a commercial caterer, and do not include minors as attendees. Also, renter must provide a certificate of insurance that demonstrates a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability coverage.
Meeting spaces have access to a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, garbage disposal, and food preparation space. The Fountainville Village Office Park offers free, convenient parking.
