FCP Board of Directors Welcomes Two New Members
Doylestown, PA (January 11, 2024) – Foundations Community Partnership (FCP), a philanthropic grant-making foundation supporting the behavioral health and human service needs of children, young adults, and families in Bucks County, Pa., has announced the appointment of Dr. Tanya Casas, and Sally Fabian-Oresic, as new board members as of January 1, 2024. Their terms run through 2026.
Casas serves as Dean of the School of Business, Arts and Sciences at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pa. She earned a master’s and doctorate degree in Development Sociology from Cornell University. In addition to her role at FCP, Casas serves on the Board of Directors at Vita Education Services, Bucks County’s lead literacy agency and the largest provider of education programs in the county’s correctional facilities.
As the retired Executive Director of the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic in Doylestown, Pa., Fabian-Oresic has dedicated more than 50 years of her professional career to community health issues. A graduate of Villanova University with a master’s degree in nursing, she also serves as a member of the Bucks County Children & Youth Services Advisory Board.

During its December 2023 meeting, the Board of Directors also elected new officers, including Tracy Pasternak Wills, Executive Director of Business Development and Outpatient Services at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, as Chair; Sean Schmid, President of Penn Advisors Financial Resources, as Vice Chair; Falesha Grasty, DEI Officer & Assistant Vice President at Penn Community Bank, as Treasurer, and Mike Mills, Partner at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, as Secretary. Finally, the Board appointed William ‘Bill’ Boger posthumously as an honorary member in recognition of his dedicated leadership and service to FCP and Bucks County’s non-profit community.
