Neighbors, families, and lots of kids turned out at the Robert Morris Apartments in Morrisville last week to celebrate the opening their new outdoor pavilion. The Bucks County Housing Group, which operates the apartment complex, joined Ron Bernstein and members of FCP’s board of directors for the opening ceremonies.
