DESCRIPTION:Come out for a two-day festival featuring a professional pumpkin carving contest on Saturday. The mission of BC Cares is to empower youth! Therefore\, art and craft vendors as well as musical entertainment are comprised of folks college age and younger ONLY! We also have a youth carving contest on Sunday.
