Each Spring, FCP hires a a graduate student to assist in our Summer Youth Corps program. The successful applicant for the graduate student intern position will serve 12 weeks (May to August) as a “Field Supervisor” based out of our Doylestown office, but providing weekly intern supervision and consultation with the site supervisor.

This is a paid, 12-14 week, full-time service-learning opportunity for a graduate student in Social Work beginning in May 2013 and ending in August 2013.  Service will include providing supervision for college students in a variety of human-service host agencies working with children, youth and families.

Other activities include: assisting in administration of the Summer Youth Corps, providing some direct care, participating in individual and group supervision with a licensed psychologist and in workshops relating to human services, as well as supporting other activities of the foundation.
